I have always been inspired by nature and natural patterns, colors, movement, and beauty. In this artwork, Cycling Through Time I have used watercolor washes to depict the movement of change from growth to decay in natural cycles as well as individual plants, succulents, and leaves representing the transition of seasons. As you explore my website you will see that I experiment with a variety of techniques, mediums, and styles, from abstract exploration to realism, using oil, watercolor, acrylic painting, drawing as well as mixed media collage. I find the joy of using color and line and shape to create can be explored in many ways.
